This is not a complete or even fully working project
but this is a quick attempt at creating a matrix class.  Not matrix like the movie, matrix like maths :)
it does add, subtract, and multiply at least a 2x2, but I think when I tried it with a larger matrix it didn't
work right.
never-the-less it should give some CS students an idea of where to get started, the multiply function itself is 
where most people get tripped up, I have to admit to took me a good 20 minutes or so to wrap my brain around it.
